Chris Young grew up just outside of Nashville, and knew from an early age that music was his future. Playing 150 gigs a year by the time he was in college, Chris got his big break in the country music biz when he and his rich baritone voice won the 2006 “Nashville Sings” competition on the USA network. Soon after that he signed with RCA Records and dropped his solo debut, which produced two country hits, "Drinkin' Me Lonely" and "You're Gonna Love Me.” His second record upped the ante by sending three tracks to the top of the country singles chart. "I love playing music," he says. "There's no way I could do anything else."
