Harrison Whitford Info
Born not two decades ago, Harrison Russell Whitford has already experienced a multitude of events that one could only hope to in the span of a lifetime. Having picked up the guitar at the tender age of 13, Harrison has since shared the stage with various legendary artists, such as Hubert Sumlin, Aerosmith, Eric Johnson, Jonny Lang, Chris Layton (Stevie Ray Vaughan and Double Trouble), Billy Cox, Will Calhoun (Living Colour), Joe Satriani, Dweezil Zappa, and Robert Randolph. Harrison has also had the privilege of recording with blues guitar-phenom, Joe Bonamassa, on Joe's upcoming album, Driving Towards The Daylight.
Under the tutelage of three incredibly accomplished guitarists his father, brother and a dear friend, Harrison developed a strong affinity for the blues whilst maintaining an extremely unique style. After several years of intense study and practice, Harrison has honed his talent to a point that most would consider to be well beyond his years.
Having recently moved to Nashville, Harrison intends to further broaden his horizons as an artist and further solidify his place as one of rock and roll’s brightest young stars.
Harrison is currently playing guitar with singer/songwriter, Davina Leone.
