Rocky Kramer Info
Hailing from the Scandinavian Peninsula country of Norway, Rocky Kramer is truly a modern day Viking Rocker, a triple threat as a composer, vocalist and formidable musician, whose formative years were spent learning the violin at the feet of his father, the first violinist in the Trondheim Symphony Orchestra. But it wasn't long before Rocky discovered the luring power of guitar and rock music. Armed with a guitar, Rocky wrote his first album at the age of 13. A second album followed within just one year, a third one just a year after that, and by 17 he had written and released his fourth album. After high school, Rocky left his native country bound for the US in search of bigger challenges and greater rewards.
Now a recognized member of Los Angeles' teeming musical community, Rocky was voted 2012's Best New Male Rock Musician by the editors of Rock Over America magazine, and was recently welcomed as a new member of the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences, a.k.a. The Grammys.
