You should give me these glow in the Jazz III because you have not made the ultimate version like I suggested yet. The Jazz III Stubby! Same as the Purple Stubby available now. If you make it in that red material, they should produce less string noise. You’ll sell millions on me alone! Ok, if I don’t win these, at least send me the new Dunlop Jazz III Stubby prototypes.

Cause, when I’m shreddin a on a dark stage, I’ll hold it up and they’ll know what to buy.

Because I drop them alot, cant find them, and vacuum them up!

My boyfriend has these and I love the grips on them and they don’t slide off your fingers.

My girlfriend took my last Jazz III pick and now I’m not her boyfriend anymore, so I need some new picks.

I would use these picks to

not only represent JDP AND LOOK COOl but also be actually able to see where my back up picks are, because they glow in the fark and it gets pretty darn dark up on that stage!!!

I play in an indoor drumline and this year we plan to have a show where the lights go out and we have glow and the dark stuff all over our tarp and on our shirts and drums. For playing guitar in this show these picks would go sweet with my glow in the dark inlays.

I often play in the dark & this way the crowd can see how majestic my right hand picking is.

I need these picks because the pick gnomes keep raiding my house, the little buggers…

’cause when the lights go out you want something that grips you tightly, bathes you in a radioactive glow like some space age menage a trois with your guitar…

I’ve been using Jazz IIIs
for years, I make pretty much any friend who plays guitar use them,
they’re hands down the best pick I’ve ever seen or used. I just heard about the
max grip and have been dying to try them out, and the glow in the dark
bit…that’s just sweet. It’d be amazing to even have one, let alone
six.

I’ve been using Ultex Jazz IIIs and I drop them and on my carpet they pretty much disappear, with these I can pull out my black light I bought in high school and easily find my picks…boom. Problem solved. In all honesty it’d be faster to just get a new pick, but with my obsessive brain I know I would be shutting the lights out and searching for a single pick because Jazz III’s are worth their weight in gold to me!

2 reasons.

Firstly, sympathy. Due to the chaos and confusion in the wake of my favorite guitar store chain closing recently, my telecaster that was in for repairs has been unable to be returned to me yet (I was supposed to pick it up about two weeks ago, and had brought it in 2 weeks before that). As consolation for being away from my favorite guitar for so long, I should receive these picks.

Secondly, utility. Sometimes I have to play guitar with all the lights out so that my roommate can fall asleep (with headphones too, of course). Glow-in-the-dark picks would make in-the-dark so much easier and so much cooler. And how many other people actually get to play in the dark like that?

The second ever guitar pick I used was a red Jazz III. That was 21 years ago. I find myself losing them, not by misplacing them, but by loaning one to a friend at a jam session or a gig and them falling in love with them like I did. Not only are the max grips the best picks I’ve used, having glow in the dark ones would be a thumb to the nose to my V-Pick using friends that have glow in the dark picks.

Because there’s no other brand better to use than Dunlop as far as picks! Growing up I remember finding a blue dunlop pick, I carried it in my wallet for years and used it any time I needed a pick til I lost my wallet back in 07. I have since then bought new ones and I use them for playing my Ovation Elite 1778 T . Still wouldn’t mind getting my hands on some Max Grip Picks though for my Warwick Corvette standard and Fender bass. Thicker strings call for better grip. Max Grip and that’s just the way it is.

I have never used these particular picks, but from comments I have seen, I should be trying them.  Let me give them a shot!

So i can practice in the dark and not disturb the rest of the family.

I also have been using Jazz III’s for years. I play gigs every weekend with them (acoustic and electric) and teach guitar Mon-Thurs with them.  I have 30 guitar students I recommend Dunlop picks to all of them, have spare Dunlop picks in my lesson studio for them to borrow and recommend Jazz III picks to all of my more advanced students.  I love the red Jazz III’s cause they feel perfect and play perfect for me and they’re easy to see when dropped on the floor/stage.  Lately I’ve been using the Ultex Jazz III’s and I love them even more, but they’re impossible to see on a dark stage – hello glow in the dark!!!  Give me picks (sponsorship welcome too ) and I’ll continue promoting you guys like mad.  I’ll probably promote you like mad anyways, but hey I should still get some free picks out of it right?

How long do they have to stay plugged in to the adapter to hold a charge?

I started with Jazz picks when I first picked up the guitar almost 8 years ago…no matter what new pick comes out these are my tired and trues…Dunlop is the ONLY name which should be associated with picks and high end musical products.

Let’s see here. I like “red” jazz lll picks and never really liked the grip of the black ones. But yeah like everyone else on here say’s, they probably would look super sweet. I dunno bout the grip part, but as long as they glow in the dark i’m totally down with tryin them out and lookin sweet playin shows while doin it xD

I like the max grips better than the regulars because my hands get pretty sweaty. Because they glow in the dark, it would make it easier to locate in the dark for some night time jamming.

Well, I ought to win these as I have never gotten to try Jazz III’s (the locale Guit Ctr has been OOS twice when I went) and I am making my own picks out of expired used credit cards. Would be really sweet to try some good one’s!

I just switched back to Jazz guitar picks as of MOST RECENTLY!  I tried using them exclusively a few years back, but opted for Cool “Juratex” Jazz picks.  Needless to say a pupil of mine brought me a Dunlop Max Grip Jazz III Carbon Fiber Guitar Pick and I started playing with it again and immediately loved the tone it produced.  Today I went and picked up a Jazz I & III at my local shop to see how those compare.  I’m eventually going to try all versions of the Jazz Pick, thanks!

I use the Max Grip Jazz III reds exclusively. Best picks I’ve ever used. Dunlop Strings(Zakk Wylde Icons) also the best EVER. Thanks Jim Dunlop and everyone at Dunlop manufacturing for making such great gear. You guys RULE!

I have been playing these picks for a few years now, and in my opinion they are the perfect pick. It’s a Goldilocks kind of thing; not too big, not too small….. just right!! Good for all types of jamming. Glad someone got it right. Keep it up!!

I keep losing picks all over the place; I’ve dropped a pick on stage during a show just before doing a solo, and sometimes I even lose ‘em on my amp (black on black). With these max-grip glow-in-the-dark picks, I wouldn’t drop them in the first place, and if I put them down somewhere, I would just have to “hit the lights!” and they would be easy to find!

I should have these picks because I fell into a well 20 years ago while I was playing my guitar nearby (I leaned over to try to get a cool echo effect, and tumbled in), and have been trapped ever since. Since I’ve been down here I’ve had nothing to do but play guitar, and so I’m now phenomenally good, but it’s dark down here and I keep losing my picks.

Actually I’ve never used Jazz III yet, so it could be the best way to start with! Besides, black ones can be lost in the dark and these can not, which makes them more convenient to play in clubs with bad lighting )

I should have these picks because these were made for me man.  I play in the dark all the time.  It’s that easy.  On top of that, I’ll still keep buying the Jazz III red picks if I don’t win.  These picks would make a night of gigging or practicing FANTASTIC!  My sets and sessions are usually candle lit, or completely dark.  It would be cool for a stage prop as well as tone and playability.  Plus, I’ve been at this game of music for twenty eight years!  I’m a young cat and can play whatever is needed!  Arrogant, no – confident, yes!  And these picks are for a confident player.  Not just a star gazer with untied shoes man.  You would be happy knowing they were in my hands.  I’ll still love your products anyhow.  Just thought I write something a little far way out!  Later on.

I’ve been exclusively buying Dunlop Jazz III picks since 1996 when I first started learning to play guitar.  Even in the beginning they just felt right to me

I deserve these picks because whenever i drop my black stiffo jazz 3 max grip i can’t find them. With these new white glow in the dark ones they would be extremely easy to find on a black stage.

Seriously now. I use the black stiffo ones (although not max-grip), and I almost never drop them, but even if I don’t, I never see them! I usually cannot tell where the hell did I leave my picks when there are no lights. These would suit me very well.

I have been a Jazz 3 user since I started playing guitar. I have difficulties in playing rhythm and lead without this little reliable creation. I am also obsessed with collecting rare picks, so having these would add a great deal to my collection.

Need glow in the dark picks sooo my fingers won’t get lost in the dark

I play with the upper corners of the pick. These max grips are a little easier to hold onto when playing fast or harder. The glow in the dark sure would make things easier when searching on the darker stages for a spare pick. I usually put a few on top of my amp as well as a few on my mike stand so they are handy in case I drop  or misplace one. I also palm them when I am finger pickin so I’ve been known to drop them. Would be nice to have glow in the dark so I can locate them after the tune or during rig downs.

I play dark music and no one can see me. So i need to make sure that people can see what i’m doing on stage. Which is using yo product.

Why do I need these? Because I drop and loose picks all the time, and these would be so helpful! I swear, over the past year Ive probably dropped and lost close to 100 tortex picks!

please make these a regular item, im sure they will sell very well. Small  picks on a dark stage can be really hard to find.
