A: There are a number of variables that can affect how this pedal tracks the notes you play.

Some frequencies are tracked better depending on which string you play, so the same note played on one string will be tracked better than on another string. This is due to the harmonic content of each string.

Tracking is also affected by your playing style. Attacking the strings too softly will lead to the pedal not tracking as well, while a moderately hard attack will help the pedal track your notes more easily.

A: All Dunlop/MXR pedals should only be powered with the recommended voltage.

A: Please refer to our 'True Bypass' article on our Dunlop Blog for an up-to-date list of our pedals which contain true bypass.

A: Check to ensure that your adapter or battery have the correct voltage and/or polarity. Ensure that both cables are plugged into the correct input/output jacks.

A: There is a possible impedance mismatch with other pedals in your effects loop. Isolate and remove the pedal from the loop to see if this still occurs.

A: It depends on which pedal and how it has failed. Please contact our Technical Support Department as this is a case by case matter.

A: Not unless it is stated in the User Manual.

A: Unfortunately, we do not sell our raw pedal housings.
